Object & Deliverables

Shortly following the House River fire, ALPAC planted 7 of the 8 destroyed blocks to take advantage of optimal conditions for reforestation. This planting was considered eligible for FRIP funding. A verbal agreement was made with NEALA, committing NEALA to fund the project through FRIP.

FRIAA Paid a total of $45,937 to NEALA. And the project closed April 2004.

Final Report

Project management, quality control , financial control and record keeping were deemed satisfactory in an audit by FRIAA.
