Object & Deliverables

 

This project incorporated existing R3, R4 and former E11 management units (Weyerhaeuser Drayton Valley Quota) AVI data into Weyerhaeuser’s Arc/Info digital library format. It also created new AVI data for areas that fall within this area of interest but were not scheduled under an existing data loading program. The project incorporated existing or obtained new 1:60,000 digital orthophotos that fall within the area of interest into the GIS library. This provided more accurate inventory information to the Drayton Valley site for operational and strategic assessments of these management units. The updated information was provided by AEP to Weyerhaeuser for their use and digital copies can be provided by Norman Volk.

Final Report

The final report was entitled, “Final Report – WEYDV-02-10, Drayton Valley orthophotos and R3/R4 AVI loading”, submitted August 1998.
