The purpose of this Project was to assess the benefits of acquiring management of the Edson Miscellaneous Timber Use Programme.

The objective of this Project was to determine the administrative / business structure required to enable the local forestry community to take over the sustained yield management of the Edson MTU area. This work identified the administrative requirements as well as the staffing, functions and duties that would be required.

The results of this Project are summarized in the report "Edson Miscellaneous Timber Use Area Administration" prepared by John O’Brien.
