Object & Deliverables
The purpose of the project was to determine if the “SkyForest”TM automated harvest mapping algorithm coupled with satellite imagery is a viable alternative to photointerpretation of airborne imagery.
Final Deliverables included:
- An analysis of the accuracy of each method , including statistical measures and an image showing the accuracy compared to photo interpreted boundary and ground truth (for applicable blocks)
- Animated GIFs showing progress of radar tracking
- Final outcomes and financial report outlining the activities , recommendations, and expenses of the project
