Object & Deliverables

The Hinton WestFraser FMA contains a significant set of known and as yet undiscovered Indigenous and Non-Indigenous historical resources dating back approximately 10,000 years. Some sites could be impacted by forestry or oil& gas activities.

This project builds on prior work to inventory these sites.

 

 

Final Report

In the final report, submitted Nov 2014, the following was identified:

• Field assessments , analysis and report writing of the 2004-2011 annual reports have been completed. Updated archaeological probability maps have been generated.

• Updated map showing HRIA survey sites across the FMA
• Updated site listing database
• 2007 Annual Report
• 2012 Account Audit
