Object & Deliverables

This project is part of the continuing support which began with projects TOLKHL-01-040 and continued with TOLKHL-01-050.

The research is intended to clarify the extent to which nutrition, particularly summer nutrition, may be a significant limiting factor to wild caribou populations, and the extent to which forest management may be used to benefit caribou or practices that may be used to reduce the harmful effects of forest management.

 

Final Report

The final report, titled NCASI Funding Support: Woodland Caribou Research Part III was presented by Tolko in June 0f 2021.
