Continued safe & healthy seasonal operation of a public recreation facility was the goal of this Project.

Specific Project objectives included provision of access & services to/for the Spring Lake Recreation Area, and provision of site facility improvements as required.

The seasonal operation of the recreational facility covered the summers of 2001 to 2003 inclusive.

Project results and costs are summarized in three Annual Reports for the seasons as indicated above.
