Object & Deliverables

The primary goal of this Project was the funding over a five – year period of a “Forest Educator” whose principal role was to interact with teachers in the greater Peace River Area offering in-class assistance regarding the current forestry curriculum.

Overall Project objectives included increasing the forest literacy of children in grades K to 12 and assisting teachers within the Peace River School Division and the Holy Family Catholic Schools.

Final Report

The tenure of this Project and its associated activities occurred over the period of August 2000 to and including August 2004.
