Object & Deliverables

The primary goal of this Project was the development of a Business Plan that would guide the organization and provide initial direction for a local group of small timber operators in the Drayton Valley Area.

Objectives included “pooling” of FRIP monies and the development of a Business Plan that outlined an administrative framework for the Association and the identification/prioritization of future Projects that the organization might undertake.

 

Final Report

Over the Winter of 2001/02 and in consultation with the Association members and a local representative from ASRD – Lands & Forests Division, a Business Plan complete with By-Laws was developed.
