Full stocking involves treating areas within cutovers which have already met the legislative requirements set out by the Government of Alberta. The intent of the program was to minimise the productive landbase within the Forest Management area which does not support crop tree growth. Site preparation (136.7 ha) and planting of 134,850 seedlings was completed in order to bring these stands to full stocking.
