Object & Deliverables
The purpose of this Project was the sampling of the Racehorse – Livingstone Watersheds for fish populations and fish habitat data.
The objectives were twofold: to collect and store fish population and fish habitat data in a standardized format and to ensure that useable fisheries data was supplied to partners in a timely manner.
In 1999, crews sampled 99 sites located within the study area and entered the collected data into a standardized provincial database (FMIS).
Partners in the Project were Alberta Sustainable Resource Development – Fish and Wildlife Division, Alberta Conservation Authority, and Atlas Lumber (Alberta) Ltd.
