This Project’s overall goal was to provide sufficient/accurate information so that Association will be able to confidently select and assign cutblocks that meet member’s specific volume & timber characteristics requirements.

The primary objective of this Project was to update and provide accurate information for the proposed cutblocks assigned to the Rocky Forest Products Association – as to volume, species composition, topographical features and areas of concern.

The detailed timber cruising and mapping was completed in the Fall of 2003.

The information is summarized in a forty-two page report containing individual block summaries and including 1:5,000 scale
