This Projects principal aim/objective was the reduction of intra- and inter-specific competition over regenerated cutblocks designated as coniferous land base.
Over the Spring and Summer of 2002 – 737.3 hectares of regenerated cutblocks were weeded and thinned utilizing brush and chain saws. The overall cost amounted to $519.52 per hectare.
A twenty-three page report describes the Project and provides block summaries for each of the contracts.
